Costs:
Weekend, including all meals and bunk: £45
Weekend 'day-trip', including all meals: £45
Saturday-only 'day-trip', including lunch and feast: £28
Children 6-16yo, weekend including bunk and all meals: £22.50
Children under 6yo: Free
Family Cap: 120 pounds
Pickups from Edinburgh Airport (16 miles away) will be available for £5 pounds, pickups from the Bathgate train station will be available from £2 (on a direct line from Edinburgh Waverly) on Friday evening and first thing Saturday morning. Drop-offs to the same from Sunday morning. Please contact the Stewards to arrange this if it isn't noted on your booking form. The site is open until 3pm for classes, so a late flight or train home is a great idea!
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
* If cancelling more than two months out, full refunds will be available.
* If cancelling between two months and two weeks out, we can refund the food portion of the fees, but not the site portion of the fees.
* If cancelling less than two weeks out, a refund is sadly not possible, as we will have used the money on reserving the site and the food!
